Terms of Service
Last updated August 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Fem Global Education Services website and services. By registering, submitting an application, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Our services
We provide advisory and application-processing services for international study, language and work opportunities, including guidance, document preparation and submission of applications to institutions, employers and authorities. We act as your representative — we are not a university, employer, or government body, and we do not guarantee admission, employment, or visa outcomes, which are decided solely by those third parties.
2. Eligibility & your account
You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information when you register and apply. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old (or have parental/guardian consent) to use our services.
3. Your responsibilities
- Provide truthful information and genuine, unaltered documents. Submitting false or fraudulent documents may result in rejection of your application and termination of services, without refund.
- Respond promptly to requests for information or documents needed to progress your application.
- Meet the admission, language, financial and visa requirements of the institution or employer you are applying to.
- Comply with the laws of Nigeria and of any destination country.
4. Fees & payments
Service fees and any third-party charges (such as application, tuition or visa fees) are shown on your invoice. Fees must be paid using an approved payment method. Where you pay by bank transfer, you must upload valid proof of payment; your invoice is confirmed once we verify it. Amounts may be displayed in your chosen currency for convenience, but the amount billed is the currency stated on the invoice.
5. Refunds
Service fees cover the professional work of preparing and processing your application and are generally non-refundable once work has begun. Third-party fees (institution, employer or government fees) are subject to the refund policy of the relevant third party. Any refund requests will be handled in accordance with the specific service agreement you receive.
6. Third parties
Decisions on admission, employment and visas are made independently by universities, employers and government authorities. We are not responsible for their decisions, timelines, requirements or fees, or for changes to their policies.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos and software — belongs to Fem Global Education Services or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of our services, or for outcomes determined by third parties. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
9. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, provide false information, or misuse our services.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of its courts.
